These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cheers website and platform at cheers.st (the “Platform”), including casino games, rummy, fantasy sports, minesweeper, Cheers Space, wallet services, and related features. By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher).
- You must not be prohibited from using online gaming or betting services under the laws that apply to you.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
- We may restrict access from certain territories at our discretion.
2. Account registration
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account details up to date.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts unless we expressly allow it.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials.
- We may require identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals or at any time for compliance.
3. Wallet, deposits, and withdrawals
- The Platform uses an in-app wallet for participating in games and contests.
- Deposits and withdrawals are subject to available payment methods, limits, reviews, and anti-fraud checks.
- Displayed balances and transaction history are authoritative for Platform purposes, subject to correction of obvious errors.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted payment processing by third-party providers.
4. Games, contests, and outcomes
- Rules for each game, contest, or market are shown in the app or on applicable help pages.
- Results are determined by the published rules, official data feeds where applicable, and our settlement procedures.
- We may void, suspend, or adjust entries in cases of error, fraud, technical failure, or regulatory requirement.
- Cheers Space creator markets and social features have additional rules shown in-product.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- cheat, collude, use bots, exploit bugs, or manipulate outcomes;
- use stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
- harass other users or post unlawful content;
- attempt to access accounts or systems without permission;
- use the Platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes.
6. Responsible gaming
Gaming should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. Set personal limits, take breaks, and seek help if play stops being fun. After login, in-app tools and support may assist with account controls. If you need help with problem gambling, contact a recognised support organisation in your country.
7. Intellectual property
All Platform content, branding, software, and design are owned by Cheers or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute Platform materials without permission.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, for security reasons, or if we discontinue services. You may close your account by contacting support, subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cheers and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100), unless a higher minimum is required by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Cheers against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of third-party rights, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Cheers’ operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with info@cheers.st. Where permitted, courts or arbitration in our designated jurisdiction may have exclusive authority.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of material changes, subject to rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
